Long Term Care Pharmacy is seeking an Experienced Retail Pharmacy Technician with Customer Service skills to join our team Remotely !

Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Responsibilities
+ Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager
+ Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries
+ Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
+ Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
+ Clarify orders as needed
Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Requirements
+ Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
+ Previous experience in pharmacy
+ LTC pharmacy experience preferred
+ Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Moderate to advanced computer skills, required
+ Great telephone etiquette a must
+ Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus
+ High school diploma or equivalent, required
