Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Muth Lighting Systems, ensuring the highest level of performance and reliability.
- Create detailed schematics for electrical systems, utilizing your expertise in PCB and PCBA.
- Collaborate with the product development team to design and implement next-gen lighting solutions.
- Work with OEM partners to ensure the seamless integration of our lighting systems into their products.
- Lead the assembly of lighting systems, ensuring that all components are correctly installed and functioning.
- Conduct rigorous testing of lighting systems, identifying and addressing any issues or malfunctions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the lighting industry, incorporating these into your designs wherever possible.
- Collaborate with other team members in a remote environment, maintaining clear and effective communication at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, preferably in the lighting industry.
- Proficiency in Muth Lighting Systems and other related technologies.
- Extensive experience in designing and developing lighting system electronics.
- Proven experience with OEM partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of PCB, PCBA, and PCB Assemblies.
- Demonstrated ability to design and assemble lighting systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
