About the Job
The EDI Integration Developer will manage end to end integration implementations. This position will have a good working knowledge of the distribution/eCommerce channels and be able to confidently own EDI and integration capabilities. They will have expert level knowledge of technical tools used to support the EDI and Integrations area, ideally with direct experience with TrueCommerce.
Job responsibilities include providing daily EDI support to internal and external customers, gathering functional requirements, writing requirements, testing changes, both leading as well as executing. They will be familiar with EDI Trading Partner setups, including knowledge of AS2, FTP and SFTP, as well as leveraging an ETL tool to integrate multiple platforms and unique configurations. Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills are also required. Able to leverage technical expertise and experience to review existing configurations, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver solutions from inception through implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts and/or EDI Trading Partners to understand customer requirements
- Foster strong relationships with teammates, customers, and vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Consume and enhance comprehensive documentation of requirements for custom developed solutions providing feedback where applicable
- Support the acquisition of companies and continue to grow its portfolio of products and brands
- Review technical requirements documentation from our EDI trading partners and develop, test, and implement required documents
- Maintains EDI transactions and monitor daily document transmissions
- Develop and manage audit processes to ensure that our integrations are communicating as expected
- Drive issue resolution within our published SLA's
- Update and maintain Policy and Requirements Documents
- Provides technical expertise and support as needed
- 3+ years of EDI experience
- EDI experience preferably in a high-volume environment
- Experience with EDI X12 transactions
- Recent experience with TrueCommerce EDI applications
- Knowledge of EDI communications and data formats such as AS2, FTP, SFTP, XML, API, HTTP, etc.
- Experience in integration with other systems such as ERP and WMS
- Strong understanding of the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes as it relates to the manufacturing and distribution industry.
