Responsibilities :
- We are on the lookout for a diligent and visionary CX Product Manager who is passionate about driving customer experience innovation. The successful candidate will be at the helm of our CX measurement products, from conception to realization, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
- CX Measurement Roadmap: Create, manage, and drive the CX measurement product roadmap, ensuring it remains agile and responsive to evolving user needs.
- IT Collaboration: Work hand in hand with the IT department to ideate and implement solutions that address user requirements and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Business Cases Creation & Approval: Lead the comprehensive process of creating and gaining approval for business cases, ensuring they align with company strategy and ROI expectations.
- Product Requirement Documents: Draft comprehensive and clear product requirement documents (PRDs) that detail the features, functionalities, and specifications of the product.
- Expand the CX Toolkit: Continually seek and identify opportunities to expand the CX measurement toolkit, ensuring it remains cutting-edge and robust.
- Product Adoption: Proactively socialize and promote the newly developed tools within the organization to drive product uptake and ensure maximum value realization.
- Manage Surveys on Qualtrics: Take charge of the configuration and deployment of customer surveys on the Qualtrics platform, ensuring the feedback captured is actionable and insightful.
- Bridge Business and Tech: Act as the vital link between business and technical teams, facilitating seamless collaboration and understanding.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the Qualtrics survey platform.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and presenting business cases.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and convincingly.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with business cases.
