About the Job
4 Corner Resources is currently looking for a Remote Credentialing Coordinator to support one of our enterprise-managed care clients, headquartered in Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, highly respected non-profit health insurer on a 6-month contract with the potential to extend or become permanent!
Credentialing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Conduct credentialing for providers, facilities, and vendors, ensuring strict adherence to regulations and policies.
- Prepare informative presentations for quarterly credentialing and delegate vendor oversight committee meetings.
- Facilitate pre-delegation and delegation vendor audits, guaranteeing compliance with contractual arrangements.
- Coordinate the preparation of hard-copy directories, collaborating with third-party vendors for online directory postings, and meticulously reviewing data for accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance regulatory compliance and adherence to state and federal regulations.
- Proactively raise and address issues to management, contributing to resolution efforts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Credentialing Coordinator Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
Credentialing Coordinator Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with credentialing providers utilizing CAQH system.
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong time and project management, critical/creative thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft software, including Adobe, Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office.
- Proficiency in SAS and SQL skills.
Credentialing Coordinator Pay:
- $19-23/HR
