Job Description:
- Contract Review and Management: Assist with basic contract review under attorney supervision, manage the company’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system including document management and metadata, establish policies and procedures for the CLM, and update form documents as necessary.
- Real Property: Assist with basic lease review, develop the company’s real estate document database, and manage real estate expirations and renewals.
- Risk Management/Claims: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather information on potential and pending claims.
- General Legal Support: Partner with other legal department teams to deliver timely, high-quality legal services to business units, aid in developing and maintaining policies and procedures, and contribute to building risk management processes and controls.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal department of a mid-sized or large organization, corporate transactions department of a mid-sized or large law firm, or a combination of both
- Expertise in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed
- Ability to work remotely/from home on a permanent basis
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
