Job Summary:
On Call Counsel is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support its client's commercial real estate team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of paralegal experience, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and exceptional organizational skills. This remote role focuses on drafting and managing corporate agreements with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and edit corporate agreements, including exclusive brokerage agreements, commission agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
• Organize and maintain accurate documentation records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Prepare documents for execution using tools such as DocuSign and AdobeSign.

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in commercial real estate or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a responsive, collaborative approach.
