Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct Virtual Consultations: Meet with clients remotely via Zoom to understand their financial goals, assess their insurance needs, and provide expert advice on suitable life, accident, and supplemental health products.
- Explain Policies: Clearly outline policy features, coverage options, and premium costs, ensuring clients are fully informed about their options.
- Ongoing Client Support: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with policy updates, and supporting claims processing.
- Build Long-Term Relationships: Foster lasting relationships with clients by conducting regular follow-ups, reviewing needs, updating policies, and offering ongoing guidance.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: You’ll need to be an effective communicator, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Comfort with basic computer functions and virtual meeting software is essential.
- Strong Work Ethic: Be self-driven and motivated to achieve personal and professional success.
- Energetic and Upbeat Personality: Bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a client-first mindset to the role.
- Time Management Skills: Be able to prioritize tasks and manage your schedule effectively.
- Leadership or Management Experience: Prior leadership experience is a plus, though not required.
