- Flexible 4-hour shifts, Monday to Friday - Based on time zone
- Day shifts only, no nights or weekends.
About the Role: We're seeking enthusiastic and articulate sales professionals for a temporary 5-6-week project. As a Call Center Sales Agent, you will focus on making outbound calls to introduce prospective and existing customers to booth and sponsorship opportunities for our upcoming expo. Your role includes engaging customers to understand their needs, sharing detailed information, addressing questions, and generating interest. You will also manage customer information in the CRM, qualify leads, and transfer them to the sales team for follow-up and closing.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote booth and sponsorship opportunities.
- Identify customer needs during calls and recommend the most suitable options.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns with professionalism to build interest.
- Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Qualify leads during calls and pass them to the sales team for follow-up.
Qualifications:
- At least 21 years old.
- 2+ years of sales experience (call center or in-home sales preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an energetic attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
