THE ROLE:
- This position is more about relationship building. More emphasis on building rapport and being an in-person extension of Horizon Payments. National Sales Managers will do most of the heavy lifting on the sales side.
- 1099 Independent Contractor, commission-based.
- Uncapped commission, weekly draw, weekly bonuses, monthly residuals, & so much more! Bonuses are shouted out almost daily, and for doing your regular daily routines.
- 100% remote, but NOT a work-from-home remote role.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
- Upfront commissions on every account signed.
- Draw against future commission is available to help you get started, paid weekly to active individuals.
- New reps are eligible for an unlimited $100 quote bonus for your first 30 days, paid weekly. Current Horizon record is 24 quotes in the first 30 days. $2400 in quote bonuses paid. That doesn't include commissions, other bonuses, or draw just for doing their job!
- Lucrative weekly & monthly bonuses for simply quoting merchants. We're talking 65" TVs, gift cards, the newest gaming consoles, designer apparel, iPads, etc, etc. We have reps that are receiving bonuses regularly.
- Monthly residual income for every active account you sign, paid monthly.
- Our average reps can earn $55,000 to $75,000 in their first year with Horizon.
- Our top performers earn $100,000+ a year.

EXPERIENCE:
- All levels of sales experience are accepted. We have all levels of experience that have been successful with Horizon.
- Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed.
- A customer service background is helpful.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, & relationship-building skills are helpful but not required.
- Just to be a positive, pleasant, and helpful extension of Horizon Payments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The primary focus of this role is to build rapport and trust with business owners and decision makers.
- You'll meet with merchants in your local area & present our two most favored programs designed to save them money on their credit/debit card processing while providing hardware & software solutions while saving their business money.
- You'll never have to install equipment. We offer 24/7 tech & customer support.
- You'll never be doing this alone. Our National Sales Managers and other support personnel are there for you every step of the way. From walking in the merchant's door to quoting them & signing the deal!
