REMOTE - Bilingual Government Call Center Representative at Midtown Personnel

About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This position will be supporting a Federal Government Agency and taking calls related to disaster relief efforts. Must be a US Citizen, and able to pass background check. Minimum 3-month project, likely to be extended! Work from home, equipment provided.
START DATE: Immediate upon clearance. Target July 15!
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Provide accurate information regarding services and products
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service
Experience:
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
- Sales experience is a plus
