Are you a bilingual communicator with a knack for customer service? We're seeking a Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely in Phoenix. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $19.50 per hour, with the potential for extension beyond the initial 3-month contract.
Responsibilities:
Professionally handle inbound calls related to tax compliance, delinquency, and general inquiries in a courteous manner.
Resolve Tier 1 level issues promptly and efficiently.
Review and update taxpayer accounts with accuracy.
Educate customers on online resources and current tax policies.
Participate actively in team engagement activities and meet performance expectations.
Requirements:
Skills:
Strong multitasking ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
Goal-oriented and organized.
Experience:
Minimum one year in fast-paced call center environments.
Experience in national call centers within industries such as finance, insurance, or telecommunications (non-technical support).
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Information:
Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule within operating hours (7:45 am to 5:15 pm, Monday through Friday).
Fully remote position requiring hardwired internet access.
Candidates must reside in the Greater Phoenix Metro Area.
