Job Summary:
Coldwell Banker Ellison Realty is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments, support real estate agents, and assist in generating leads to drive business growth. This role is essential to our client engagement process, ensuring a seamless connection between potential clients and our agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for real estate agents.
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages from prospective clients, providing them with information and setting appointments.
Maintain a detailed and accurate calendar for real estate agents and ensure appointments are scheduled promptly and efficiently.
Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate agent or department.
Follow up with leads to confirm appointments, answer inquiries, and provide a high level of customer service.
Update and maintain client records in CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of interactions and follow-ups.
Assist agents in setting up and preparing for property showings, consultations, and meetings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads and support campaigns designed to drive business.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly appointment-setting goals and performance metrics.
Ensure all client communication is professional, polite, and in alignment with Coldwell Banker Ellison Realty’s brand values.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business, marketing, or real estate is a plus.
Prior experience in a customer service, sales, or appointment-setting role is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner.
Ability to manage a high volume of calls and appointments.
Familiarity with CRM software or ability to quickly learn new systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
