Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Be outstanding at relationship building. One call closers preferred.
- Cold call, direct email, internet lead generation activities using our CRM platform.
- Placing 100 outbound calls per day.
- Maintain knowledge of products and coverages for all property and casualty products.
- Some evenings and weekends (flex schedule) The "golden hours" of selling
Requirements
- Property & Casualty license - required.
- Minimum of 1+ year previous Allstate experience - required.
- Minimum 2 years prior successful sales experience is required.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Must be highly self-motivated. Self-driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills. Be coachable.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
