About the Role:

As an Accountant, you'll be an integral part of the team, ensuring smooth operations of the AP process and contributing to a seamless monthly financial close. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys diving into the details, solving problems, and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

Accounts Payable, including vendor invoice processing, electronic payment setup, and statement reconciliation.

• Oversee monthly

balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

• Process

daily cash receipts and support time entry and compliance monitoring

• Review and approve employee

expense reimbursements

• Prepare journal entries to support the

monthly financial close process.

• Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and financial processes.

Growth Opportunities:

project margins and review financial statements to drive insights.

What You'll Need:

• A

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• At least

3 years of experience with GAAP, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and the General Ledger.

• Proficiency in

Workday and Advanced Excel skills (excluding macros).

• An eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a knack for solving problems.
• A high-energy, enthusiastic approach and a can-do attitude.
