We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our high-performing team of financial professionals who serve our clients' accounting and finance needs. Qualified candidates will have experience in public accounting, specifically in the areas of outsourced Client Accounting Services (CAS), outsourced Bookkeeping, or write-up work with demonstrated experience in managing the work for a portfolio of clients, time tracking, and client relations. This position will play a pivotal role in our organization, working with the Director of Accounting to help lead client engagements and overseeing a wide array of their accounting needs.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Accountant, you will support our clients with their accounting/finance requirements:
- Work on all general ledger activity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements preparation and reporting.
- Utilize Quickbooks to manage financial statement preparation, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Partnering with the Director, you'll collaborate with clients to set financial strategy and planning initiatives.
- Provide financial support and guidance to clients, supporting business decisions with sound financial data.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards in the finance industry.
- Act as a client-facing representative, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Senior Accountant will possess:
- A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years in staff level and/or senior accountant roles within a public accounting firm.
- Preferred experience in Quickbooks and/or other accounting software, software savvy and quick learner
- Collaboration skills being able to partner with high-level clients and the director of accounting.
- Exceptional client-facing skills with a focus on building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
