Location : Cherry Hill, NJ
Position Type : 6+ months contract
Rate : (W2/1099/c2c)
Job Description:
- Evaluates requested/prioritized workflows for incorporation into the Remedy Solution.
- Good understanding of BMC Service Request Management Administering & Configuration
- Very good knowledge about Remedy Incident Management, Service Request and work orders, Change Management and their interactions
- Good understanding of BMC Process Designer, Service Catalog Roadmap, Remedy Product/Service Catalog, Processes & workflows
- Good knowledge in his/her respective Business Process Area
- Good understanding of all IT Processes and capabilities being or planned to be used within the BMC Remedy Suite
- Develop easy to understand SRDs, AOTs, and PDTs
- Monitors the performance and capacity of Remedy landscape.
- Performs standard housekeeping and fine tuning on as needed and pro-active basis.
- Services as the technical resource for the Action Request system
- Collaborate with BMC technical support on any technical support needs.
- Designs all customizations based upon best practice approach
- Knowledge and use of ITIL Processes and ITSM tools, minimum ITIL V2 or V3 foundation certificate
- Expert knowledge of Action/Request System
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with SRD's, AOTs, PDTs and/or Business process designer tooling, preferably with BMC Remedy training certification
- Good knowledge of the Action Request Management architecture.
- Strong planning, analytical and organization skills
- 5+ years of experience with Action/Request Development and oversight of all tooling, BMC Remedy developer training certification
- Knowledge of the configuration management process
