Reliability Based Maintenance Technician (RBM) - Vallourec

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for performing the following on equipment in your area:

• Precision alignments of equipment
• Precision balancing tasks of equipment.
• Vibration/Infrared/Ultrasonic/Oil analysis for equipment applicable for these predictive t

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE:                     

• At least 7 years minimum experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial maintenance.
• Preferred one (1) year experience with vibration, infrared, ultrasound, oil analysis, and equipment alignment.
• CMMS (MP2 or SAP) experience, strongly preferred.
• Must have an “A” maintenance status.
• Demonstrated knowledge of skills with Microsoft applications.
• Must be knowledgeable in the use of measuring and test equipment.
• Strong organizational, planning, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work in team environment and provide support to other departmental functions as needed.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND CERTIFICATIONS:
