The Relationship Manager I will be a key member of a Payments Operations team, working alongside underwriting, risk and product teams to execute and support our global payments strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works closely with Partner Relations to facilitate and foster new relationships, perform training, provide materials, and assist with submissions
• Develops and nurtures internal and external relationships
• Responds quickly with accurate information or follow-up expectations
• Proactively understands needs and concerns of merchants and agents
• Lives our vision and deepens relationships by championing accounts and relationships through the on-boarding process

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency using CRM software
• Excellent problem solving abilities and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal operations
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
• Financial aptitude to understand and explain product/services features and pricing
• Customer-centric mindset, proactive, and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, account management or customer relationship management
• Experience managing and growing client relationships
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Experience in the payments industry a plus!

SALARY:

• Base salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 + Commission
