A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will lead a team in assisting customers by establishing relationships to uncover financial needs, helping with problem resolution, and processing transactions when needed. You will take the lead in creating an outstanding customer experience by coaching colleagues to success, opening new accounts, offering convenience services, and driving the branch to meet sales objectives. You serve as the back-up to the Relationship Manager and perform duties of the Teller as needed.
You are extremely thorough and have high levels of accuracy, because you know that your work directly affects customer satisfaction. You are always friendly and patient, always providing the exceptional customer service for which we are known.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER
- Experience establishing customer relationships, coupled with proven customer service skills;
- Minimum of three years' experience in customer-focused setting, banking preferred, with experience in a supervisory role;
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills are a must;
- Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred.
