Opportunity Bank of Montana is adding to our outstanding team with a Relationship Banker. This is an advanced banker role, focused on business relationships, based at our Bozeman Oak Branch. As our Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for offering and recommending appropriate personal and business financial products and services to customers. You will help build and sustain relationships with consumer and business customers, provide service functions and promote an exceptional customer experience. During training, you will master the mechanics of standard transactions and service functions and perfect your customer service skills.

Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent & extensive knowledge of deposits, cash-handling, & consumer loan products and services

2 years of relevant sales experience

Education and Experience Preferences

4-year college degree (accounting, business, finance, management or related) or equivalent combination of education & experience

Experience with deposit accounts, cash-handling & relevant sales experience Leadership experience
