Job Details
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience analyzing quality or value-based payment models within a healthcare professional association. Experience developing payment models is preferred.
- Knowledge of billing and coding within value-based payment systems and alternative payment models.
- Certification in billing and coding or familiarity with anesthesia payment systems is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Proven ability to analyze complex situations and identify key issues and facts.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Quick to learn new computer skills and software as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
