Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Greenfield, MA. The PTA will assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in patient evaluations and treatment plans

Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities

Monitor patient progress and report to the supervising therapist

Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting

Current PTA license in Massachusetts

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
