Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Rehabilitation Administrative Assistant position.

Full Time:  Monday thru Friday, 9am - 3pm (with some flexibility)

In this role, you will perform clerical duties within the department, including maintenance of files, medical records, and scheduling under the direction of therapists and the Director of Rehabilitation Services. Greets residents and assists with the completion of initial paperwork prior to evaluation, as well as supports activities which build and maintain a Rehab Center of Excellence.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of two years' clerical experience
• Experience with insurance billing and terminology is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
