Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab therapy team in Watertown, MA. The PTA will assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in patient evaluations and treatment sessions

Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities

Monitor patient progress and report to the supervising therapist

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting

Current PTA license in Massachusetts

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
