About the Job

A full-time split Rehab Team Leader (RD) Occupational Therapy Assistant position is available at two sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities in Norwood & Holliston, MA. Candidates must have leadership experience and a current MA Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing daily oversight of rehabilitation services

Ensuring efficient operations of the rehabilitation department

Delivering therapy services to patients

Offering clinical support and training for specialty programs

Coordinating with other therapists to optimize patient outcomes

Monitoring patient admissions and schedules

Providing administrative supervision of rehabilitation staff
