Job Overview:

Join us as a Regulatory Specialist, where you'll play a critical role in supporting special projects related to clients 2025 Rate Case. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure the accurate processing of discovery and filing schedules in the CaseWorks database system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process discovery responses, including formatting, labeling, organizing, converting to PDF, and applying Bates numbering.
• Assist in preparing related documentation such as declarations and requests for confidential classification.
• Collaborate with regulatory analysts to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Maintain and organize company documents filed with the Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC).
• Perform special projects to support the team as needed.
• Ensure consistency in language and formatting.
• Meet deadlines for regulatory filings, including working overtime as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or five years of relevant on-the-job experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient knowledge of SharePoint, Adobe, Excel, and Word.
• Availability for overtime to meet filing deadlines.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
