Job DescriptionThis role involves managing data creation in the SDS and regulatory database, ensuring accuracy and completeness across labels and SDS for INX branches. Responsibilities include assisting customers with document retrieval, collaborating on internal and external audits, handling monthly emissions reporting, and coordinating with vendors for regulatory information. Additionally, the role contributes to long-term projects aimed at streamlining regulatory data organization for improved efficiency and accuracy in reviews. You will be responsible for:
- Data creation in SDS and Regulatory database
- Collaborating with teammates for compiling data for internal/external audits
- Assisting customers retrieve needed documents
- Ensuring all data is filled out on labels and SDS for INX branches
- Monthly emissions reporting for customers
- Work with vendors to obtain needed regulatory information
- Work on long term projects to better organize regulatory data to make reviews efficient and accurate
To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
- Have Associate's degree (A.A.) in Science or a related field from a two-year college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience and/or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Science
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Show problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Be proficient with PowerPoint, Excel
- Work well in a team environment
- Demonstrate ability to work independently on projects
- Show strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Capable of writing routine reports and business correspondence
In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:
- SAP knowledge
- GHS experience
- Research skills
- Professional writing skills
