As a Regulatory Associate Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal support and guidance to our clients on regulatory compliance matters. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough legal research and analysis on complex regulatory issues.
Advising clients on regulatory compliance matters across various industries.
Assisting in the representation of clients in governmental enforcement actions.
Interacting with regulators and regulated entities to address compliance concerns.
Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
Membership in the Virginia State Bar in good standing.
Exceptional academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Highly-developed research capabilities.
A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
Commitment to fostering an entrepreneurial, collegial, and collaborative work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in litigating governmental enforcement actions, either for governmental or private clients.
