Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's regulatory strategies and quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet the necessary regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Review and approve product labeling and marketing materials to ensure compliance with FDA and international regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality assurance system and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents to regulatory agencies, and follow up on any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines, and provide advice to the company on these changes.
- Coordinate and manage any regulatory issues or recalls, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
- Develop and deliver training programs on regulatory and quality assurance topics to ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and the importance of compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in regulatory affairs and quality assurance in the food manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111, CFR Part 117 compliance requirements, FDA labeling, and international regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Certified in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs is a plus.
