Vaco has partnered with our client to hire a Regulatory Contractor for a 12- 18 month assignment.

Where: 100% Remote
When: Immediate need, 12+ month contract
Pay: $35-40/hour

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing regulatory content of label copy for all products.
Act as a compliance partner, supporting the regulatory analysts to help provide sound regulatory guidance to project teams.
Review and approve formulas and ingredients for compliance.
Create final Label Content, including substantiated claims, compliant nutrition facts & ingredient statements as well as all other U.S. and/or Canada mandated label content.

Requirements:

University degree in a scientific field (minimum B.S., Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Toxicology, Nutrition,) preferred.
A minimum of 6 months to 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs of a Consumer Products Company with working knowledge of U.S. FDA labeling regulations as published in 21 CFR Parts 1-199.
Exceptional team player with willingness and propensity for collaboration and relationship building.
Ability to anticipate and address issues in a proactive manner.
Strong multi-tasking and project management skills.

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
