Our Opportunity
GPJ is hiring a Registration Project Manager to join our growing team!
This role is hybrid, requiring you to report on-site to one of the following office locations a minimum of 2 days/week: San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Austin.
Your Role
As a Registration Project Manager, you are in charge of planning, developing, and executing registration program operations from concept to on-site execution. As the primary point of contact for registration-related matters, you have a finger on the pulse of all things registration. During on-site events, you will train and supervise staff while sharing pertinent event details with the Contact Center. Some successful Registration Project Managers even keep a copy of the timeline they create and manage under their pillow.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with Digital Engagement or ITPM to outline technical specifications for online registration forms, correspondence plans, and reporting requirements. This includes overseeing all registration reporting as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining data integrity through the data quality control and accuracy processes.

Your Impact
As Registration Project Manager, you will collaborate beyond the Registration Team. You will find yourself joining forces most often with the Account Director, Digital Engagement, Housing Project Manager, and the Contact Center team.
Also, outside of GPJ, you will often collaborate with our clients, agency partners and vendors.
Your Experience
Experience & Education
- 3(+) years' experience in of Events
- Experience with event technology or Digital Producer
Travel & Mobility
- Ability to travel 30%
- Ability to work irregular hours in addition to normal business hours, to include nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Your Competencies
Communication-Able to relate ideas to others in many forms (email, phone, in person) and ensure that all who need to be informed are kept in the loop, making sure no detail is left out. Advocate and educate for the housing management services and practice.
Customer Orientation-Demonstrate concern for satisfying external and/or internal customers. Focus is always on the end customer, that response times and service are at the forefront of customer interactions, via technology or human touch points. Provide superior customer service by prioritizing personal interactions (verbal or face-face) with our clients on a regular cadence. Listening as well as advising our clients on given situations to ensure event success.
Flexible-Easily move on to new tasks with little to no notice. Put personal preferences aside and switch to a different strategy, form of communication or other objective. Willing to understand client contracts, client IT and procurement requirements and supplier code of conduct, scope and work to ensure all are adhered to.
Solution Oriented-Focus on the desired outcome and be ready with multiple solutions in order to reach the end goal. Working on multiple platforms work with the client and digital production teams to ensure the processes are streamlined, clear and effective.
Salary Range: $65k+
Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, and location.
