One of our client, a Health Center located in New York, is looking for an Registered Nurse - Women's Health
Position Type: Temp to Perm/ Perm
Location: New York
Schedule: Monday- Friday 10am-6pm – Saturday Rotation – Full Time
Description:
* Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing patient health, developing care plans, maintaining medical records, and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care and support.
* Reports into DON
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
* Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans and maintain medical record.
* Administer nursing care during preventive care services to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
* Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention and provide medical case management.
* Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
* Participate and oversee performance and quality improvement activities.
* Work collaboratively with LPNs Medical Assistants in support of clinical providers and patients' need
Requirements
* Current New York State Registered Nursing License (BS preferred)
* CPR Certification
* Infection Control Certification
* Bilingual Spanish Preferred
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
* Covid Vaccination required
* Must have some OB/ GYN outpatient experience
