Registered Nurse Supervisor RN Up to 48 per hour - Cliveden Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

RN Supervisor Salary:       $42- $48 per hour  (based on experience and benefit waiver)

RN Supervisor Shifts:        3pm-11:15pm  and 11pm-7:15am Shifts. Alternating Weekends, Holidays.

Our long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor.  The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing quality care to our residents.

RN Supervisor Key Duties

·       Oversee the nursing staff and ensure that all residents receive high-quality care according to their individual care plans and state regulations.

·       Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs.

·       Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring new hires, and providing ongoing training and education.

·       Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

·       Respond to emergencies and medical situations as needed, providing timely and appropriate interventions.

·       Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

  RN Supervisor Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state of PA.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care or a related setting.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
