Shift/Salary:

• Full Time: 3pm-11pm Up to $95k Annual Salary
• Part Time: Weekend $45 - 7am-3pm

RN Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing in Long Term Care with managerial experience preferred
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

RN Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist the DON and ADON in overseeing daily nursing department functions
• Ensure nursing personnel follow job descriptions
• Participate in facility surveys as requested
• Conduct daily rounds to maintain nursing standards
