Summary:

A healthcare professional that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates monitors and evaluates patient care activities under physician supervision. He/she has clinical and functional knowledge of the position for which they are accountable. He/She collaborates with other associates and departments effectively to promote high quality and effective care. 

Requirements:

A. Education/Skills

Graduate from a school of nursing

B. Experience

New grads considered. Two years wound care experience preferred.

C. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications

Current registration with the Louisiana State Board of Registered Nurse Examiners, CPR certification. 

Wound Care Certified preferred or pursuing certification
