The clinic Registered Nurse collaborates with clinical and non-clinical staff for all aspects of healthcare delivery at our Biograph clinic in San Mateo, CA. In addition to direct patient care, the Registered Nurse shares in the administrative functions that impact medical services in the San Mateo clinic and collaborates with the clinic Medical Director and clinic management team in overall planning and assures delivery of the highest quality of care to all members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides direct patient care to members in clinic and provides pre-visit member education and counseling via telemedicine.
- Collaborates with staff on the integration of medical services into Biograph San Mateo's overall comprehensive membership program.
- Contributes to an environment of innovation, continuous improvement and service excellence.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Has 2 - 5 years of years of experience. Preferably med-surg background.
- Passion and expertise in the science of aging and longevity.
- Comfortable in a fast paced, highly flexible start-up environment.
- Has the skillset to provide high-touch, concierge level care to a sophisticated member base.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with both members and colleagues.
- Ability to work in our San Mateo clinic 5 days a week, no nights or weekends.
- Must be in good standing and certified by the CA Board of Registered Nursing
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Compensation $105K to $150k annually based on experience
