A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you arrive each day ready to help our direct care staff provide exceptional care to our residents. You provide leadership and hands-on support for the direct care staff, coordinate training, and support regulatory compliance. You help us meet the mental health and physical needs of our residents and help them live their best each day.
Collaborating with physicians and families, you develop and manage the plan of care for each resident. You coordinate care plans and ensure that medications and treatments are administered properly. Following physician orders and notifying them of changes in a timely manner, allows you to provide the best care for those we serve.
Thanks to your effective planning, your daily quality assurance measures, and the excellent leadership you provide to the care staff, our assisted living program continues to achieve excellent care outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS
- Current nursing license in the state of Minnesota
- BLS certification
Prior experience as a supervisor is preferred. Previous mental health experience is preferred, but not required. Position is full time Monday-Friday business hours plus after hours on call.
