Registered Nurse (RN) - North Star Manor

North Star Manor is a Long Term Care facility located in Warren, MN. 

Registered Nurse:  North Star Manor is seeking an RN who is interested in a full or part-time role in a variety of day, evening, and overnight shifts.  Includes every 6th weekend.

• Pay is based on years of applicable experience, starting at $32.50 / hour
• $5000 Sign-On Bonus for full time positions; $2500 for part-time
• Shift Differential pay between 4pm and 6am

Overview of Responsibilities

• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments, communicate changes in resident condition or physician orders, and complete clinical records.
• Communicate with family members, physicians, and other appropriate individuals
• Lead a team of LPNs, CNAs and TMAs to ensure staff are well informed of responsibilities.
• Participates in an on-call rotation with other members of the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure with the Board of Nursing in Minnesota
• Current CPR certification
