Salary Range: $55-57/hr

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular assessments to ensure staff adherence to job descriptions and nursing protocols.
• Actively participate in facility surveys and inspections conducted by government agencies.
• Conduct routine rounds to maintain nursing service quality and adherence to standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid RN License in the State of New York
• Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care, with managerial experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
