Job description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled pediatric healthcare professional dedicated to providing family-centered care tailored to the needs of patients of all ages, while respecting their cultural and spiritual backgrounds. The ideal candidate will excel in customer satisfaction, possess effective communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate positively with colleagues. Attention to detail in documentation and adherence to professional standards and legal requirements are essential. Flexibility, innovation, and a commitment to exceeding expectations are key attributes for success in this role.

Experience:

•  Minimum of one (1) year of acute care nursing experience with six (6) months in a   pediatric setting
•  Preferred: One (1) year acute care nursing in a pediatric inpatient hospital. Preferably a PICU.

Education/Licensure:

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing from an accredited school
• Ped. Advanced Life Support
• Basic Life Support
• Registered Nurse-California
• Preferred: Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse
