How you will make an impact: 

At Prairie Senior Cottage - Owatonna, as an RN, your nurturing nursing abilities will be pivotal in enhancing the well-being of our residents. You will actively shape resident-centered care plans, prioritizing customer service in every interaction. Picture the joy on residents' faces as you assist them in reaching their utmost potential. Other job duties that you will be responsible for, but not limited to, are regulatory compliance, emergencies, memory loss, dietary, activities and programming, nursing and health services, personnel management and training, marketing and customer service, and household management. 

Schedule Varies: 40 hours a week, Morning & Afternoon shifts available (No on-call required after 5pm)

What you will need: 

• A Registered Nurse License
• 1 Years Experience in Assisted living and/or memory care facilities
• Comfortable working in an assisted living setting
• Must have knowledge or willing to acquire knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease and related Dementias and experience with those affected.  
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English Language 
• Must be 18
