Nurse Supervisor - Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking to fill the position of Nurse Supervisor RN or LPN for Full-Time Evening Shift or Perdiem.
** up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus **
** $44 to $50 per hour based on license, experience and shift differential **
Qualifications for Nurse Supervisor RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed in the state of Massachusetts.
- MA RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse License.
- One year + of nursing supervisory experience.
- Current BLS certification.
Job Summary for Nurse Supervisor RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Plan, organize, develop, and direct the nursing unit activities.
- Maintain accepted nursing standards and practices, and assists in developing and maintaining nursing service objectives.
- Check all ill residents early in the shift, make periodic assessments, report changes.
- Set Resident Assessment protocols and interdisciplinary care plans.
- Assess residents on admission and initiate interim care plan.
- Assist in evaluating ancillary personnel.
- Communicate policies/procedures to ancillary staff, residents, families and visitors.
