Registered Nurse- RN Cardiology - Millennium Physician Group

Millennium Physician Group is seeking to hire a full-time Cardiology RN (Registered Nurse) in the Fort Myers, FL area. We are looking for a new team member who is positive, energetic, well-organized, has the ability to multi-task and think outside of the box. We want someone who supports our top initiative of ensuring an excellent patient experience!

As an RN in our Medical Office, you will be directly involved in the care of our patients. You will be responsible for the Patient Experience for each and every Patient that walks through your door. You will be assisting in the treatment of patients under the direction of the Physician, ARNP, or PA, by collecting vitals, giving injections, entering data in the electronic health records, and any other tasks required to give the best patient care.

Millennium will provide you with training that will include both virtual classroom training and in-office shadowing. We will introduce and walk you through our Electronic Health Records systems, referral processes, our Patient Portal, and everything you will need to know to be a successful team member!

Required Knowledge and Experience

FL Registered Nurse license. Must maintain certification/license active and in good standing during employment.

Required Skills and Abilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong computer skills and knowledge of EMR systems; Athena knowledge preferred but not required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb and balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
