Job Details
The Registered Nurse delivers compassionate, high-quality care in line with professional nursing standards and practices, taking full responsibility for the outcomes of the care provided.
Schedule: 3 days per week, 12 hours per day
Responsibilities:
Conducts timely patient assessments, prioritizing immediate needs and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Monitors patient conditions and evaluates needs to provide effective care.
Administers medications and treatments accurately and promptly as ordered.
Delivers interventions with age and cultural sensitivity tailored to the care plan.
Provides customized education for patients and families.
Documents patient conditions, responses, and progress.
Initiates emergency resuscitative measures as needed.
Observes and communicates patient symptoms to providers and team members.
Maintains confidentiality and delivers respectful, non-judgmental care.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an acute care critical care setting preferred.
Active and good standing NC Nursing License
