Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and provide education and support to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current RN license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
