Licensure: Active RN license in the state of practice.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
Experience: Prior experience in emergency or critical care nursing is highly beneficial.
Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
