Role Overview:
Our client, a leading safety net hospital anchored in community health, is seeking a registered nurse to provide compassionate, culturally competent care in the 36-bed Medical Surgical Unit. The ideal candidate will assess, treat, and educate a diverse patient population alongside a supportive team committed to equitable, exceptional healthcare for all.
Compensation: $71,229.00 - 141,000.00
Location: Suffolk County, Massachusetts
Schedule: 36 hours or 24 hours - nights or day/night with rotating Weekends/Holidays
Responsibilities:
Delivering skilled nursing care aligned to patient needs
Communicating treatment plans across health teams
Entering and interpreting clinical data
Following evidence-based care guidelines
Assisting with quality improvement initiatives
Coordinating care activities among interprofessional colleagues
Qualifications:
Professional RN licensure in Massachusetts
Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Previous medsurg experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with efficient documentation abilities
