Registered Nurse Liaison (RN) - Gpac

We are partnered with a thriving hospice organization looking for a Registered Nurse Liaison with experience, or interest, in palliative and hospice care. This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Referrals and Admissions Department in admitting patients onto agency services including hospice, palliative care and other programs.

Requirements

• AS or BS Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
• Current NC state license as a Registered Nurse
• 2-4 years of experience as an RN required.
• CHPN is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable independent transportation.
