PATIENT DIAGNOSES:
UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication):
- Target Ratios: 1:2-3. Could fluctuate based on unit needs/surges.
- Shift: 12HR NIGHTS
- 36 hours can be offered.
- Will accept 13 week contracts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
- Traveler Experience: Must have travel experience (no 1st time travelers)
- Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
- Skills: Vents, IV Start, PA Lines, Telemetry.
Preferred:
- CCRN and PALS.
Certifications:
- ACLS, BCLS and NIH.
Float Requirement:
- Float required – will be included in a float rotation schedule and will float to Med Surg to help cover when needed. In crisis needs, traveler may be asked/required to float to other units to assist with care as well.
Weekend Requirement:
- Every other weekend.
PATIENT DIAGNOSES:
- Medical and surgical intermediate and critical care level patients.
UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication):
- Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
Salary
45 - 48 /hour
